　　有些人对个人和集体的关系认识不清，因此，做工作、办事情、处理问题等只顾个人，不顾整体。这样，就会给革命造成损失，给集体造成不利。我觉得正确认识个人和集体的关系是很重要的。

　　我认为个人和集体的关系正像细胞和人的整个身体的关系一样。当人的身体受到损害的时候，身上的细胞就不可避免地要受到损害。同样的，我们每个人的幸福也依赖于祖国的繁荣，如果损害了祖国的利益，我们每个人就得不到幸福。

Some people can't distinguish the relationship between the individual and the collective. They will only take care of their personal interests regardless of the collective ones while working and dealing with problems. Doing so will cause some losses to the revolution and do harm for the collective. I think it is critical for us to have a clear understanding on the relationship between the individual and the collective. I think the relationship between the individual and the collective is just like the one between the cells and the whole body of a human being. When someone's body is damaged, the cells are inevitably damaged. Likewise, the happiness for each one of us depends on the prosperity of our motherland. If we do harm to the interests of the motherland, none of us can get any happiness.
