　　我认为，一个草命者，要树立牢固的集体主义思想，时刻都要把集体利益放在第一位。同时还要坚决打消个人主义，因为个人主义对革命不利，对集体有损害。个人主义好比大海中的孤舟，遇到风浪，一碰就翻。集体主义好比北冰洋上的原子破冰船，任凭什么坚冰都可以摧毁。我认为坐在小舟里摇摇晃晃不好，还是坐在原子破冰船上乘风破浪一往直前为好。

I believe that a revolutionary is a person who must establish a firm sense of collectivism, who must always consider the collective interests first, and who must resolutely eliminate the individualism，which is detrimental to the revolution and the collective. Individualism is like a lonely boat in the sea. If the windstorm comes, it will turn over at once. Collectivism is like an atomic icebreaker in the Arctic Ocean. It can destroy any kind of ice. I prefer to advance in an atomic icebreaker rather than waggle in a small boat.
